G27 just after swearing in
After a long 11 weeks of training, cyclone, ambiguity, and more training, it finally happened.
The ambassador for PNG, Vanuatu, and the Soloman Islands flew in to swear us in, our host families from both our villages were brought in, and the current volunteers close enough to Vila to come in for the afternoon all came together for the event. Especially since there was a time when we didn't even know if we'd be able to come back to this amazing place, we were all ecstatic (and a little relieved). Here's to the next two years!
